Mike Le · Los Gatos, CA

I run my whole company on AI. Book me and I'll show your room how.

Most AI talks are given by people watching from the outside. I build it every day, inside a real business with real customers, and I bring the receipts on stage.

  • 226automations documented step by step
  • 9AI phone agents built and tested
  • Every Thursdaya free live AI workshop

By the numbers

  • 226automations running my business, each one written up step by step so a person can follow it
  • 9AI phone agents I've built to answer calls, book appointments and hand off to a human
  • 0posts, ads or customer messages my AI sends without a human saying yes first

Why Mike

Built by someone who uses it

Businesses don't say no to AI because it doesn't work. They say no because nobody showed them where it fits.

I grew up in Sunnyvale, in and out of my dad's auto shop. That's where I learned business. You fix it right, you hand back the keys, and you earn the next customer.

I studied fashion marketing at the Art Institute of San Francisco, which really means I learned how to make people want something. I've lived in Vietnam and Germany, and people buy from people they trust in any language. I've run my own businesses with my own money and made my own mistakes with it.

Today I run On Point Tech Solutions in Los Gatos. We build websites, booking and AI follow-up for businesses, and the client owns every piece of it. Behind the scenes the company runs on an AI operating system I built: it writes the content, answers the phones, preps my sales calls and files the tasks. Then it waits for a human to approve anything that goes out the door.

So when I get on stage, I'm not predicting the future. I'm showing your audience what ran in my business this morning, what broke, and what I'd do again.

Keynote programs

The talks

Every talk gets tuned to your audience. These are the starting points, and the best first step is a quick conversation about what your people are trying to get done.

  1. 01

Own it, don't rent it: the AI operating system for a business

How I run a company on Claude, from content to phones to sales prep, and why your AI setup should belong to you and not to a monthly subscription you can't leave.

a map of their own business with the first three jobs to hand to AI.

  2. 02

The AI that answers your phone

Every missed call is a customer calling your competitor next. I play real AI phone agents live, show where they win and where they still need a human, and walk through how to set one up the right way.

a plan to stop losing leads after hours.

  3. 03

    Nothing ships without a yes

AI that posts, texts and spends money on its own is how brands get embarrassed. This talk covers the approval system I use so the machine does the work and a person still makes the call.

guardrails they can put in place before their first automation goes live.

  4. 04

One person, a whole content team

How a small business can plan, produce and schedule a month of content with AI while still sounding like a real human, using real footage instead of generated faces.

a 30-day content plan they can start the next morning.

  5. 05

Where AI fits on Monday morning

A hands-on workshop. Before anyone does a task the old way, they ask one question: how much of this could AI do? We pick real tasks from the room and build the answer live.

one working automation and the habit of asking that question.

This is as slow as AI will ever be

Your audience doesn't need another talk telling them AI is coming. They need someone who already uses it to show them where it goes in their business, and how to keep a human in charge.
